Whatyou'll do:

As a compassionate Optometrist, you'll play an essential role in providing comprehensive eye care for a diverse patient base. Your expertise will encompass patients of all ages, a wide range of visual and medical conditions, and the ability to recommend personalized vision-enhancing solutions. You'll educate patients on maintaining optimal eye health, ensuring an average of 22 individuals receive the best possible care each day. To support your diagnostic excellence, you'll utilize advanced technology such as optical coherence tomography, fundus photography, and visual fields. This rewarding full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
