Purpose:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that production targets are met. They will be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed and that the production process is running smoothly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the production process and ensure that production targets are met.
  • Manage a team of production workers and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed
  • Ensure that the production process is running smoothly
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Train new production workers and provide ongoing training to existing workers
  • Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall company goals.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of production processes and procedures
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $104,600 and $137,235. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
