Position Overview
Instruction of Managerial Economics within the Executive MBA program. This course will address Applied microeconomic analysis supplemented with selected econometric techniques. Examines the demand, production, and cost theories that are the core of micro-economics. Considers such topics as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, various approaches to time series data analysis, and forecasting. Focus is on how these forms of analysis provide useful input into the managerial decision-making process. NOTE: This class is held on Saturdays within the fall semester. The Executive MBA is a cohort-based program designed especially for professionals with at least five years of management experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
The instructor is responsible for the effective delivery of the course as described in the course syllabus. The instructor must prepare and distribute materials for the course, which meets every other Saturday during the semester, and communicate well with adult learners in the classroom and electronically for this 3-credit class.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Masters Degree preferred or substantial progress toward the terminal degree.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Master's Degree and teaching experience preferred, but will also consider a candidate with substantial industry experience who can translate that experience to adult learners in a lively, engaging manner.
