Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Marketing Specialist position, you'll be responsible for the implementation of marketing and communication tactics for the segment. You'll support the execution and delivery of defined marketing plan tactics to help achieve segment growth goals, with a focus on digital touchpoints and digital marketing strategies and tactics. You'll partner with the marketing services team to create integrated, digital-first marketing plan tactics to build market awareness for our solutions, generate new business leads, support the sales team processes, and strengthen our business growth with new and existing customers. You'll work closely with your segment team as well as interact with sales, marketing services, development, sourcing and operations to help implement marketing and communications programs and help measure the performance of planned marketing activities.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Support the implementation and delivery of marketing plan tactics to support Segment business goals, measure their effectiveness, and make adjustments in response to changing business and marketing strategies. This position will take a digital-first perspective to our marketing efforts.

  • Work effectively across departments and stakeholders to develop marketing plan tactics designed to build market awareness, generate demand for solutions, enable the sales team processes, improve digital presence and communicate with customers to increase satisfaction/retention.

  • Create engaging short-form content for use across print, sales presentations, proposals, emails, digital newslettersand other customer-facing channels.

  • Manage digital campaigns & projects and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Creative teams in the development and delivery of marketing solutions to ensure timely completion of marketing projects under budgetary constraints.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the available Marketing technology stack with a focus on advancing capabilities and increasing the effectiveness of deliverables.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing plan tactics results; provide insights to marketing leaders on revising tactics as needed to address new market learning, customer needs, competition and changing business priorities.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business field

  • 2+ years of B2B multi-channel marketing experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focused on internal and external customers.

  • Knowledge of creating marketing communication tactics, supporting brand positioning, lead generation, sales support, customer communications.

  • Knowledge of email marketing strategy development and execution; hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.

  • Familiarity and knowledge of digital tools including analytics (Google Analytics, Pendo) and web content management systems.

  • Familiarity with marketing campaign measurement, testing strategies and campaign analysis.

  • Knowledge of project management methods and techniques to work effectively across departments and stakeholders to determine needs and collaborate on projects to achieve desired outcomes; high degree of organization and resourcefulness.

  • Commitment to creative problem solving and willingness to voice new ideas for growth.

  • Desire and ability to deeply understand customers and develop proactive insight on how to bring new value to them.

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Understanding of marketing plan development, and ability to execute on marketing plan(s) tactics and schedules.

  • Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and software.

  • Knowledge of and familiarity with SEO, SEM and social media marketing.

  • Growing familiarity with using AI tools.
