Person in this position will be responsible for community and street outreach to identify veterans and their families at risk of becoming homeless, the most vulnerable homeless individuals and chronically homeless veterans in the Stockton area. This person will also be responsible for providing outreach as necessary including Point in Time Surveys, Vulnerability Surveys a
