Steve Maguire is currently teaching chemistry at Lakehead University in Ontario, Canada. He earned his M.Sc. and did Ph.D. work at the University of Ottawa, and earned his B.Sc. from Okanagan University College in Kelowna, British Columbia. Steve is the host of the educational science webseries Science Isn't Scary, the 2013 Video Winner of the Flame Challenge, and a chemistry expert for the American Chemical Society.
