Intern, Corporate Customer Experience

Job Summary: The Customer Experience Intern positively impacts Direct Supply customer loyalty and revenue generation through the execution of strategies to engage, inform and positively impact a customer's experience,

perception and feelings toward Direct Supply. This intern position is year-round, accommodating a part-time schedule during the school year and full-time during breaks and summer. This position may also lead to full-time employment

upon graduation for the superior performer.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Sr. Customer Experience Specialist in the execution of customer events (30-200 people), including marketing deliverables, event organizational strategy and overall event execution.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing/social communication efforts for customer events.
  • Support customer logistical needs when visiting campus, including travel, accommodations and meals.
  • Produce event reporting and data management tasks as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • A college undergraduate with emphasis in Marketing or related field.
  • 2 or more semesters remaining before graduation.
  • Previous office experience.
  • Professionalism in working with external and internal customers.
  • Experience with communication strategies; i.e. social.
  • Hours during the school year are part time, approximately 15-20 per week; hours during the summer are full time, approximately 40 per week.
